SHIPPING
Shipping Information

• All orders Ship FedEx Ground within the continental United States.
• Orders received before 2:30 PM EST will ship same business day (subject to stock availability). Orders after 2:30 PM will ship on the following business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will ship on Monday. 
Changing Address

• If address is incorrectly entered please contact our customer service at sales@myofficetechnologies.com
• If this change occurs before shipping we hold by shipping price and policy.
• If this change occurs after package has shipped there will be a $10.95 re-routing fee.

RETURNS
In the event of a return, please reach out to sales@myofficetechnologies.com to initiate the return process. Please see information on our return policy below.

Returns of non-faulty OEM/original items
           
If the return date is within 30 days from the date of purchase and the items are unopened, you can return them for a refund (minus any shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee). Office Technologies will not pay for the return shipping.

If the return date is after 30 days of date of purchase or if the items have been opened, you cannot return the items.

All returns of OEM items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our vendors do not allow us to return non-faulty items after 30 days and they charge us a 20% restocking fee.

All non-faulty items must be returned by the customer at their expense once the RMA is issued.
           
           
Returns of faulty OEM/Original items

If the return date is within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can return the items for a replacement or request a refund (minus any shipping charges). Clickinks will not pay for the return shipping.
           
If the return date is after 30 days from the date of purchase, you cannot return the items and may benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee and should contact the manufacturer for their return procedure. There should be information inside the box on what to do to request an exchange from the manufacturer.
           
Shipping Charges
           
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping: Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $9.95 for shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund.
